Operator AI provides managed AI roles for small and medium businesses. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. Questions can be sent to privacy@operatorai.dev.

Contact details you give us on the waitlist or quote application form (name, email, phone, business description, revenue range and current bottleneck), messages you send us, and basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.

If you use the demo chat on our homepage, we store a hashed identifier so we can apply fair usage limits. We do not store the chat as part of your customer profile.

To reply to your request and prepare a quote, to run and secure the website, to measure which pages and campaigns work, and to send you updates you asked for. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.

Service providers that run parts of our operation: hosting and database infrastructure, email delivery, our CRM, and analytics. They process data on our instructions only. We do not sell personal data.

Enquiry and application data is kept while we are in contact and for up to 24 months afterwards. Analytics data is kept in aggregated form. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

You can request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your data, and object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Email privacy@operatorai.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
